A way to meditate

Sitting Zazen was a key component of Sensei Tony’s Aikido practice.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Just sit, just be.


Thoughts come, and are let go.

It itches, so I scratch it,

And return to sitting.


I begin at the beginning

The end when it is over.


No effort, no trying.

A room for seekers,

I am alone.
